Good place to have a Break while you shop in morrisons. The customers service needs to improve.
Absoutley the worse cafe ive EVER eaten from. Customer service doesnt exist! Waited best part of half a hour after ordering on a stupid screen. Had no idea i wouldnt see a single staff member till someone walked in and said " what you waiting for" so i told them and she went straight in back and got it. God knows how long my food was sat in their. They rewined the full english by putting things on their im allergic to and clearly told them NOT to put them on their. I didnt realise till i took my order home. Awful service
I ordered a quarter pounder burger. It was a busy time so I waited for my order 25 minutes, which is understandable. Chips and coleslaw were great, but the sandwich itself was disgusting. Patty was dry and very thin and there was no sauce at all. When I told it to the staff member, they told me that they can only replace it and make me wait another 10-25 minutes or just refund it leaving me with wasted time and hungry. I’m disappointed, because I understand that it can be busy and it’s difficult to maintain time standards, but when food is terrible, I think it’s unacceptable. I could go to the closest McDonalds and get food better quality, cheaper and faster (including travel time). Update. After an hour wait I got burger with proper patty, but with no sauce. When I was ordering using a kiosk, it said that it comes with sauce (like at any other place). But actually it does not, and I’ve told only after I got my sandwich. By the end, staff members were nice, I’ve got a refund. I’ve spent 1 hour and have not got what I ordered
Came to the cafe this morning with my daughter, it was a big disappointment, the staff walking about with a couldn't care less attitude, went to 3 tables all sticky and with residue from the previous visitors. The knives were not just dirty, they were straight down filthy. If this is the best Morrisons can offer customers then they need to look at closing or serious staff training, don't expect a Michelin star restaurant but seriously. Never again.
Half of products out of stock but still available to purchase. Cutlery is disgusting, not a single item was clean. Tables filthy. If we hadnt already ordered and had seen this first, we certainly wouldnt be staying! Staff seem helpful enough. Would not recommend and I certainly won't be coming back! Shame really as it used to be a lovely clean cafe.
Very bad service. Order took more than 2 hours and we have not received it yet. No one is picking up the phone either when calling
