Morrisons Cafe

Miserable staff, got my food order wrong twice.

My chips were that cold I got brain freeze they was cooked in the stone age

What an absolute joke! I ordered through the order and pay service thinking it would be easier ..how wrong was I I sat down and ordered my breakfast once I ordered the fire alarm started ringing nobody knew whether this was a test or an actual fire there was a lot of shouting and commotion they let us out the fire exit to then tell everyone to come back in through the main doors?? My food arrived by what can only be described as a lathargic slow paced woman mumbling are you table 9 ...I said yes she asked again table 9 I said yes she threw my plate down and walked off My food never arrived with the cold drink I ordered so I got up and went to the Karen stood on the till I explained my drink had not come in which she replied "yeah get your own that's why" I went to get the drink I ordered but they didn't have it so I opted for the kids version of what I ordered 2 members are staff are stood about doing nothing .,.shocking service food was cold aswell

Waited an hour because they missed our food, then went to get a refund, staff just standing around, said they don’t work in the cafe (then why are you stood borderline in the kitchen) then they were talking about us INFRONT of us then when we said something, the woman said she wasn’t talking about us as if i’m stupid and deaf.

Disgusting place you peacefully can't sit here with your laptop for work. People working here are racist and finding ways to interrupt you cant digest even if the cafe is empty. Ridiculous place better to avoid if you are here for meeting or any work. Manager came and said to go library instead wow i mean then whats the cafe for???

Had a meeting today with Rochdale CID at Morrisons cafe other people was listening to my business a certain member of staff that works in the cafe called Alan was prodding into my business and being nosey so the police have asked me when I had left Morrisons would I like to make a formal complaint against his person and he said it was absolutely disgusting that people was been nosey so now they are going to pass this information to Katey story and Manchester Evening News this is absolutely disgusting I've never known a cafe like that it go around that do things like that putting slam that about me was gone too far now and I'm sick of it I've had enough of it it's time to get something done about it and these people that want to spread slander about me someone will be contacting the manager and Morrisons cafe Dietary restrictions: No good Parking: Good

I can only agree with other contributions I have seen Morrisons evolve over the years and the cafe has suffered in the name of cheap and cheerful Microwave rubbish Less staff

Don’t go,, Absolutely shocking!! Morrison’s HEYWOOD Ordered 2x breakfasts after 20mins came stone cold the sunflower spread was warmer, and didn’t have any butter,, drinks machine had nothing but black coffee yet was charged for a latte, and had no white sugar sachets,, absolutely no condiments except salt, when I complained the serving lady basically said tuff ‍♂️ Plate Feels warm to me,, even though the food was cold,, no offer of a refund so left without eating and will definitely never return, if your eating here,, check your food people service was poor, food poor, dirty tables, mess everywhere,, AVOID!!
