Dry food,poor service need to remember to not go back.

Tried to get a drunk and a cake at 5.25pm. The woman walked past me 3 times and completely ignored me. I couldn't do it on the machine cos there was no milk for the tea. I won't be going here again!

Cheap, but incredibly poor quality. Coffee from their machine was terrible, and the poached eggs were rock solid inside. The only thing that was decent were the sausages, and I think I'd be impressed if they managed to mess up cooking a packaged item like that.

Last time I went, I had to spend five minutes getting someone's attention to fill the coffee beans. Then another two minutes to come back and fill the milk. Then another three to come back and empty the grounds. This despite the machine showing all three error messages from the start, and it should be basic maintenance! Today they just straight up did not have coffee.

How do they expect the cafe run on 3 staff when there were 16 of us when it first opened.The cafe is dirty, cakes left uncovered, coffee cold.They are expecting the staff to do the impossible.

Went for breakfast this morning, nice food, ok service, to be honest the teapots and cutlery could do with a good scrubbing.

Good food within a nice setting- sit by the window. Great just before shopping...

Very good value for money. Lots of deals and children eat free with every adult meal purchased. Can get busy and you need to get a table number if you use self serve which can be busy (leave a jumper on a chair perhaps?) Basic but good if you have a family to feed. We had quiche, chips and salad and two fruit juices for £10. Staff were friendly.

Lack of allergen awareness. Lack of ability to handle allergies and just overall a bad experience. Would not recommend!

Firstly like 93% of the menu wasn’t available, so the lads at LEEDS HMP would have had better options than what I did today. Thought I’d go for the southern fried chicken and chips. Was the chicken stored in a dehydrator? Christ , if colonel sanders was alive to whiteness that he’d have blood his head off. And well done to who ever Chernobyled those chips , genuinely impressed about how much you don’t care.
