The waitress got mad with me because I only ordered tea and no food… it’s a shame cause the tea was great but TERRIBLE SERVICE
I used to love the food here and come whenever I miss Morocco I go eat there, and everything was delicious. Food has gone a lot low in quality of taste after Covid. Morocco is one of the best places in the world in hospitality but unfortunately one of the owners is complete opposite and she is so rude.
This place is by far my favorite restaurant. My family and I have been eating here for 15+ years. The food is delicious, and the owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met. We usually order lamb or goat dishes, and the meat is always so tender and flavorful. If you’re looking to try something unique and refreshing, try the carrots for an appetizer! No meal is complete without a pot of their mint tea. Make sure to treat yourself to one of their delicious house-made desserts while you’re at it, there’s something to suit everyone’s tastes and it’s always fresh. Truly worth a stop if you’re in San Antonio and deserving of repeat visits.
My husband and I had never eaten Moroccan food before...but safe to say it was very quiet at our table once we received our food. We were too busy eating to talk! It was so good! My husband and I both had the lamb with rice. We also had some hummus. The hummus was so well spiced and I'm pretty sure they made their own bread. Afterwards, we took dessert home. The baklava was to die for. It was so flaky and the perfect amount of honey was used. I will be coming back for more dessert. Everything was great and the service was lovely. Thank you for the amazing meal.
Amazing service but even better mint tea.
I have been going there for years, I drove from Austin so many times just to get some mechoui. Long story short, this place is not the same, food not the same, service not the same. I think the owners lost the hunger of work. I recommend new faces and energetic people who can smile to everyone. Owners stay behind the scenes don't show your faces, we know who you are.
