Coffee isn't our hobby, it's in our blood. For over 20 years, Morningstar Coffee has pioneered sustainable, handcrafted coffees for Minnesota. We source Rainforest Alliance Certified, Fair Trade coffee from family-owned coffee cooperatives across the world, including our third generation coffee plantation in Brazil. Inspired by the sun, our USDA Organic coffee is air dried (instead of machine dried) and shade-grown. We then select, roast, package, and ship our coffee to customers from our centrally located facility in Minneapolis, MN.
