Got the chicken and waffles, first batch the chicken came out raw. Second batch tasted great except for getting double charged for the meal smh…

This restaurant is super fun. The decor is wild and crazy and the food is so good. Don't let the long wait fool you, it's totally worth it! Just put your name on the waitlist and go across the street to the pub for a couple of drinks. When you get inside, make sure to check out the eyeball above the coffee bar and the awesomly cool bathrooms! For food, you have to have the pancakes. They were so delicious and not something you can find at many other restaurants.

Anyone rating this less than 4 stars is baffling (They must’ve been expecting fine dining?). This is easily one of the best breakfast spots i’ve ever been to from the aesthetic, the bathrooms, and the food

Nothing special about this place and definitely not worth the hype (or the long waiting in line). We ordered the soufflé pancake, Turkish eggs and lobster omelette. The pancake was doughy, the eggs were nice and the lobster omelette portion size was not worth the $$. They have a breakfast cart going around the restaurant (one man carrying it around) which got to us while paying our bill (too late). The waitress serving our table was not very attentive and hardly stopped by to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. They do have a good lavender latte!

If you find yourself near Little Italy, go! Excellent staff, food, and atmosphere.

****Get here very early, no reservations, and lines start 30-45 mins before the place opens***** We heard this place was on the Michelin guide and decided to give it a try. We came on a Monday morning 30 mins before they opened and were surprised to see a line already forming. We ended up waiting for a table, no longer than 20 mins, but it was definitely worth the wait!! We love the vibe of this place, very playful with the decorations, and the energetic and funny staff. The food was amazing, with a very unique breakfast menu we had a hard time choosing, but ended up getting the steak and eggs and the Khachapuri. Steak was cooked perfectly, and the Khachapuri was a unique twist on breakfast that i really enjoyed! The drinks were also top-notch. We got the caramel latte and a matcha latte The place is relatively small, so if you do not want to wait for a table, you can opt for seats at the bar, which are just as good with some more decorations and view of little Italy. Would highly recommend and looking forward to. Going back when we visit Cali.

Excellent place for brunch! The Eggs Benedict, Bria Taco’s and German Pancakes were amazing! The boozy coffees were so good and hit the spot in a cool morning. The service was fantastic! Our waiter went over and beyond! I asked him for suggestions to other restaurants we could try while in San Diego. He texted his wife and gave us some excellent suggestions! The atmosphere is very hip and fun! Absolutely love the eyeball! Loved the coffee mugs! We tried to order them online but they were sold out. I have to mention the bathroom because it has to be included in my review! First the seat of the toilet is heated! lol! The bathroom is covered in mirrors it was a statement in its self! Couldn’t not take pictures!!! We went on a Monday morning at 8:30 wait was about 5 minutes, but the line grew shortly after that!

The wait was long as expected. The employees were very nice and helpful. It was very crowded that the dimsum queen couldn't get to our area so we never got to try it. The soúffle was literally raw dough and we did not like it at all. They were kind enough to not charges for it. The quesabirria was good and so were the Chai and matcha lattes iced.
