Morley Cars

If i could give no stars i would. This i the second time i have used, well tried, to use Morley Cars and i wont be doing it again. The first time they were 20mins late. This morning i had a taxi booked (2days in advance) for 5am, around 4:57am i had a notification saying they found me a taxi but its 20mins away. I waited until 5:25 and then called for them to tell me that no car was on their way. I cancelled the taxi and had to drag my husband out of bed so i could get to work on time. Oakwell cars will not be getting my business

Do not honour their bookings. Claim there are no cars available for 45 minutes. Once calling, they said they no not accept bookings until 9, despite accepting and confirming my booking. This isn't the first time I have been let down by them. A shame, as this used to be a reliable and respectable service.

Slow

Wow, my 24 year old daughter was left in Leeds City Centre after 1/2 hour wait for a taxi. The taxi turned up and said he had another job!!! No wonder u have 2 stars, it should be zero….. I called the taxi tank to complain and he said to call the manager in the morning?!!!! I asked him to confirm the reg I had just complained about and he couldn’t… like he hadn’t even wrote it down. JUST WOW….. please don’t use ….. call UBER they have turned up for her… thank u Uber

Pre-booked taxi night before into Leeds train station. Called as was 5min late to be told sorry they are fully booked. Missed train. Wont use again, avoid and use Uber everytime now.

This company thought it was okay to leave my 24 year old daughter left stranded in Leeds city centre after pre-booking her taxi to collect her at 11.37 then on arrival told her he had another booking Reg number YR66 VMD shame on you will never let her use you again!! Bring on Uba

Left without collecting and no explanation

Used them many times when I was coming home to harehills after visiting my Ex Wife. Nice drivers and very reasonably priced. Can't fault them at all. Kevin Vickers.

The drivers are very polite and accommodating on the whole. However, the frequency with which they've been chronically late recently is a major flaw which needs to be addressed. Yesterday my mum booked a taxi, she was told it would arrive in ten minutes, ten minutes later she called and there was no record of her having booked a taxi at all. It's not okay without a reasonable explanation, which is never given.

Always look after regular staff and drivers are really help-full they have really improve the morning staff always give call to double check or ask drop-off which show ppl now are serious
