Really should be no stars. No staff in the shop, waited for a while then left.
I made an oder with Uber eat got my waffle all soggy called the store, and was given worst customer service I have ever had in my life makes me so angry cause ur food ain’t cheap to let that slide.
Tasty ice cream at decent prices when it's open. Heads up, it always seems to shut earlier than it says on google.
Was in recently and the shop was noticeably dirty and uncleaned. Dust and dirt visible everywhere. Very expensive for the small tubs, have always been a fan of this shop was so was shocked at the decline. Will not be back sadly
£7.15 for three of the smallest ice creams. I ordered two small cones which as expected were small but when I left the shop I realised the medium/regular cone I got was the exact same serving size as the small ones. Won’t be back, much better portions at the coastal shops and other better value alternatives nearby. *** I’m not sure how gelato to reply to the question as a response but it was the afternoon, 12th May Edited to downgrade to 1*. After having Morellis elsewhere and other ice cream recently, we were absolutely ripped off with our baby scoop sized portions. To the owner - when you ask people questions here we don’t have an option to reply. You are replying to other customers with an attitude. Asking someone to check the prices in the shops, I looked in the shops yesterday, £3.50 for a tub of morellis in Tesco. Mauds and Al gelato definitely aren’t an inferior product. you have the morellis brand but it doesn’t mean much if it doesn’t taste better than them, and is served with tiny portions and poor customer service that out customers off returning. Maybe there’s a reason for the poor reviews recently.
Not a large selection of flavours available for the prices they charge, £8 odds for 2 small cones is ridiculous
Good place, yummy ice cream .finger licking good
Expensive...a single scoop of ice cream, small cone £2.75. There was a cone at £2.20 which must be minute. Will return to my usual haunts - Al Gelato or Cafe Mauds at Ballyhackamore in future. Much, much better value in these times. Won't be back.
