MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

My wife and I got the kids meal to go and WOW. I was stunned at the amazing deal and the quality of food. The burger was huge and amazing and the fries were awesome too. 10/10 would recommend.

Only issue I have is I ordered a combo meal for a set price but then got charged 6 bux for the fries. Other then that it was delicious

I had a good experience at Mooyah. Food was good. The homemade chips were really good. Shakes were good. I realized that the price is basically the same as going to McDonald's except you have more interesting choices and the burgers are juicier. Sure, it isn't fast food but the wait was not very long at all. Mooyah is definitely healthier.

Food is a 5, for sure. Experience is a meh. Let me explain: This was our first time, we just pulled off of the road during our roadtrip to grab lunch. It was next to the Jersey Mike's and we love Jersey Mike's but burgers were calling us. Plus, I love a patty melt and they had one on special (see pic). Food: My wife's burger looked great and she loved it. Fries were awesome and well seasoned. Her burger didn't leave a drop of grease in her plate. My patty melt was a greasy mess, but the flavor was there and if there was any gripe, it was just how greasy it was. Service: I'm going to fully admit that the issue was likely due to what I perceived as a lack of being comfortable communicating. I didn't speak with everyone (we barely spoke to the gentleman taking our order) but I assume at a minimum everyone was English as a second language. But that wasn't the issue exactly, it's the walking in with no greeting and just having the guy deadpan you waiting for you to order that makes it weird. It just feels like "I'm getting paid to take your order so let's get it over with" and that feels so weird to me. Almost like when you get your food at the drive through and the person never says a word, its just doesn't feel right. And when we finished and left (btw, there was no one in there when we walked in so the five employees that saw us had literally every opportunity and only one other customer as we walked out) not a glance or a comment. At a minimum isn't "Thanks! have a great day!" the bare minimum? It's definitely an opportunity for improvement. Good burger though.

Great customer service and good burgers

I've been a few times and the food and milkshakes are DELICIOUS! Consistent and all freshly made. The burgers are cooked nicely. I love the option to make your own. They have something for everyone; beef, turkey, black bean, hot dog. I wish the fries were included but the portion size is huge (should be for the price ). I've come back a few times just for the tasty thick milkshakes... don't leave without getting one. It's nothing fancy but simply done right. Location is good sized with lots of parking. A family could easily come in and sit with no issue.
