Montesacro is the first Pinseria Romana in the US, opening its first location in 2015 in San Francisco. Pinsa is the ancestor of Pizza, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - made with soy, rice and wheat flour imported from Rome and GMO free. Pinsa is hypocaloric, low in fat and easy to digest. Alongside pinsa, Montesacro offers a Roman inspired menu such as Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, Amatriciana and more. Our goal is to bring a piece of authentic Italian culture and Roman history to Brooklyn, utilizing food prepared only with the freshest seasonal, imported and local ingredients. A presto!
