- St. Malachi(The Farm at Doe Run, Unionville, PA) * Cow, Pasteurized * Gouda/Alpine hybrid. Savory, brown butter and nutty flavors. The aging process makes it crystalline and dense with tons of flavor. Great for beer pairing with IPAs, porter or pale ale.
- Sheep Camembert(Roundtop Farm, Honey Brook, PA) * Sheep, Pasteurized * Bloomy Rind. Clean, crisp and bright. Rich and creamy with a warm finish.
