Batch Brew is Coffee Made by the batch. Our batch size is 1.5 gallon to 10 oz of coffee. Batch Brew is all about the equipment which allows the user to prepare large batches of filter coffee in one, automated go. These batches can vary in size — the small domestic drip brewers of yesteryear would often produce around one litre of coffee which could be seen as a small 'batch'.

Caffe Americano is a type of coffee drink prepared by diluting an espresso with hot water, giving it a similar strength to, but different flavor from a traditional brewed coffee.

Caffe Macchiato is Espresso "Marked" or "Stained" with a dollop of steamed milk/foam. Not to be confused with a latte macchiato which is a larger drink with much more milk that is "marked" or "stained" with espresso. The caffe macchiato is a small 3oz drink consisting of a double shot of espresso with a small dollop of foam on top.

A caffè mocha, also called mocaccino, is a chocolate-flavored variant of a caffè latte. Other commonly used spellings are mochaccino and also mochachino. The name is derived from the city of Mocha, Yemen, which was one of the centers of early coffee trade.

A cortado is a Spanish-origin general term for a beverage consisting of espresso mixed with a roughly equal amount of warm milk to reduce the acidity. The milk in a cortado is steamed, but not frothy as in many Italian coffee drinks. The Cortado is a 4oz drink consisting of 1 double shot of espresso and 2oz of steamed milk.

A method of brewing that extracts a fragrant, syrupy coffee topped with an obligatory thick "crema". Our espresso boasts great depth with a clean, pleasant & persistent aftertaste! We pull an 18g shot of pure goodness!

A flat white is a coffee drink consisting of espresso with microfoam (steamed milk with small, fine bubbles and a glossy or velvety consistency). It is comparable to a latte, but smaller in volume and with less microfoam, therefore having a higher proportion of coffee to milk, and milk that is more velvety in consistency – allowing the espresso to dominate the flavour. This is a 6oz drink consisting of a double shot of espresso and 4oz of steamed milk.

Our Hot Chocolate is made with three Ghiradelli chocolates, Their Sweet Chocolate syrup blended with bittersweet chips & cocoa powder make up this decadent treat.
