On site shop opening time is given as 9:30am but in actual shop doesn't get opened till 11:30am as well.....I waited almost 1 hour after that monginis mini truck came ... delivery boy kep all stuffs within shop but still main seller was absent..Upon enquring, I got to know that after putting all stuffs inside shop, truck delivery person will lock shop again and will move to next outlet...After waiting so much time ,I had to come without getting Cake for my near ones birthday celebration :(...BAD Experience

the prople who are running this balewadi shop have no idea about bakery or bakery business. they just want to sell the things in their shop.
they printed an upside down (ulta) picture on a 2.5 kg cake I ordered for bday.
total wase of money. the shop staff need education.
if you are planning to order anything from the shop then make sure you give your clear instructions to the shop guys
