Visited at 5:50pm on Friday, April 12, 2024. Waited over 10 minutes for a bubble tea. Person at counter kept taking orders instead of making drinks. Got tired of waiting and was told that they hadn't even started on the order yet. A customer who came after us (walk-in, not a dash) even received their drink before ours. Asked for a refund. Got back less than amount paid (only refunded base amount plus a few more cents, not even enough to cover the tip). Said that I would leave this review and the worker yelled at me as I left in front of other customers. Don't believe me? Check your security cameras. Wow. Not a good experience at all.
Their lemon tea is so good! Super refreshing! Definetly need to order this when you visit.
Amazing place with awesome staff, best bubble tea around and it comes quick and with a smile!
Went there today and ordered the Rainbow Candy soft serve. I asked for no jelly beans and they forgot the sprinkles. Honestly, I did not care too much about that, sprinkles are mostly for aesthetic purpose anyway. The cotton candy syrup was the real letdown. There was barely any of it, just a thin coating on the ice cream, and it tasted like nothing. Even if they had given me more syrup, I still don't think it would have tasted like cotton candy. That's how non-existent the flavour was. I literally paid $7 for a vanilla ice cream that tasted the same as a McDonald's $1 cone. Why did I go here instead of McDonald's? Extremely disappointing experience overall. This place feels like a scam... EDIT: After receiving the rude and unprofessional response from the owner, I went back and edited my original review that mentioned "bubble gum" instead of "cotton candy" syrup. Sorry for the confusion. When I wrote this review, I legit thought the ice cream came with bubble gum syrup for some reason, but I was wrong and it came with cotton candy syrup instead. Honestly, it makes no difference at all and only serves to reinforce my point: The ice cream was flavorless, unremarkable and overpriced.

Good roasted milk tea. Sad they don’t have ice cream until March.
Ordered a tiramisu and the picture looks very different from I got. It was literally watery icecreme with the powder on. It was $8.00 For what you can get at McDonald’s for less than $3.00. The presentation was poor looked nothing like the pic. I feel ripped off. I went out of my way to come here also.
