The mastermind behind Momma'z Boyz is Josh Chavez. He has worked in the restaurant industry for over 33 years. Josh has worked in every facet of the food service business. He made his dream of owning his own business a reality in November of 2018 by purchasing a food trailer. Josh was raised in a multi-cultural family that loved to cook daily, which has inspired different menus that blend a love of family cooking with a twist on classic food truck fare.
