Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream Menu

Fresh-grated ginger is added to our blend of rich local cream and milk then sweetened with organic sugar churned until smooth and dotted with chunks of chewy candied ginger.

Inspired by the flavors of the Pacific Northwest, we use locally harvested wild honey and bits of organic lavender from Sequim, on the Olympic Peninsula.

We brew an extra strong batch of Olympia Coffee, blend it with rich local cream and milk, and infuse it with organic and fair trade vanilla to make this ice cream taste like the dreamiest iced latte you've ever had.

Most chocolate ice creams are made using cocoa powder, but we use 65% dark, organic, fair trade chocolate. We melt the chocolate bars using a hot mixture of cream, milk and sugar and the result is a dense, extra fudgy chocolate ice cream unlike any other.

Our salted caramel dares to be saltier than all the others! We use kosher sea salt and homemade caramel, made with local hormone-free cream and butter and organic cane sugar.

Our kitchens make the most delicious chocolatey gluten-free brownies that are cut into bite-sized chunks before being folded into an ice cream kissed with the perfect amount of minty flavor.

An ice cream shop classic! To make this flavor we use organic strawberries from Viva Farms—an amazing farm incubator in our very own Skagit Valley. It has swirls and chunks of these locally grown strawberries plus a touch of organic vanilla extract.

Creamy and vibrant, this ice cream is made from sweet oranges, bitter grapefruit, and tart blood oranges.

Viva Farms organic strawberries are picked at the height of our beautiful PNW summer and preserved for this special vegan flavor. The berries take center stage, blended with rich organic coconut milk. While the ice cream is freshly churned and soft, we drizzle in our homemade vegan chocolate hardshell for a chocolatey snap in every bite!

Our ice cream makers candy these heirloom DuChilly hazelnuts in house. The nuts come from family-run Holmquist Hazelnut Orchard in Lynden, Washington.
