This is a good Moe's. Clean, quick, and friendly employees. Food was well prepared and not cold.

Crappy service , kids eat free on Sundays , big hassle to get discounts , too pricey as well

I am not sure if it is just this location (Woodstock-Hwy 92) or Moe's in general, but it was not a great experience, and I wouldn't go back. My family and I arrived for lunch today. The food was okay, not great, but okay. Most of the staff were very unfriendly, except for one of the younger males that helped with the food. The cashier was one of the most unfriendly cashiers I have met. The dining area was a mess! I have worked in food service before, so I try and be understanding. However, they seemed to overlook the importance of customer service and the retention of regular customers.

Great food, guy behind counter was a little frustrated with me because I couldn't hear him because music was blasting. Sitting with friends we had to raise our voices to hear each other. Being hearing impaired I was a little embarrassed that I had to have friend help me order.

The kids they have working there today 6-26-24 are rude and don't listen. I'm not trying to be rude but this is a place that serves food, which is dinner for someone and it would be nice if the employees weren't jerks and ignore you. I come here all the time and this is the last.

I get that kids burrito will be smaller than an adults but this is kinda silly.

I used to go here maybe 5x a week, but about a year or two ago, the portions started getting much smaller. The food isn't quite as good as some of the others Moes I go to. Today I also got charged for over charged for my chicken bowls, and wasn't given the chance to use my banked ranked rewards despite having them and scanning. This is likely an off experience, and I'm pretty sure it hasn't happened before here. If you want Moes and are in the area - I think its fine to go - but I just can't make this my regular anymore.

For a first timer, I was unfamiliar with the layout but not impressed either. The food was expensive but ok on the taste. The restaurant was pretty clean but for the price of the food, I would have expected it to be much cleaner.

Anyone who has the app knows the headaches it's caused, but they supposedly fixed it. The Kennesaw Moe's is the one I usually go to, so that's the one my app was set to, so when I tried to use my coupon for 25% off a bowl at the Woodstock one, they claimed they couldn't honor it because my app was set for Kennesaw. WHAT?! They claimed there wasn't anything they could do, even manually discounting the food or give me a drink at no charge (which would be around the same price as 25% off a bowl). Worse, they acted like I was in the wrong that I was getting frustrated they wouldn't help. They gave me wife the same run-around before me, so we will never darken the door of this Moe's again, and, frankly, if corporate doesn't stop messing with the app, Willy's will get all our business going forward.

Amazingly fresh and delicious food. Excellent service and the option to get any and as much of the sauces as you want is a plus. I throughly enjoy eating here!

My husband and I dropped in around 12:30 today to grab a quick lunch. He really wanted one of the salsas from the salsa bar in his burrito. He grabbed a little cup of the salsa and brought it to the counter with him. The girl making the food asked what I assume was her manager. The woman she asked yelled from several feet away that they can't take it from my husband because his hands are dirty. Now I understand that the are health code rules and I get that. My two biggest problems were she could have waited until she was where we were to say what she did and when I asked if they had some of the salsa they could add she looked at me like I had 3 heads. Upon sitting down my husband nearly fell in the floor because the chair was broken. The woman said she couldn't take the salsa because his hands were dirty but there floor and counters were filthy. The tea urn was steady leaking everywhere. I usually only write positive reviews because I know everyone has an off day but this was just too many things in one day.
