Moe's Southwest Grill

Amazingly fresh and delicious food. Excellent service and the option to get any and as much of the sauces as you want is a plus. I throughly enjoy eating here!

My husband and I dropped in around 12:30 today to grab a quick lunch. He really wanted one of the salsas from the salsa bar in his burrito. He grabbed a little cup of the salsa and brought it to the counter with him. The girl making the food asked what I assume was her manager. The woman she asked yelled from several feet away that they can't take it from my husband because his hands are dirty. Now I understand that the are health code rules and I get that. My two biggest problems were she could have waited until she was where we were to say what she did and when I asked if they had some of the salsa they could add she looked at me like I had 3 heads. Upon sitting down my husband nearly fell in the floor because the chair was broken. The woman said she couldn't take the salsa because his hands were dirty but there floor and counters were filthy. The tea urn was steady leaking everywhere. I usually only write positive reviews because I know everyone has an off day but this was just too many things in one day.

The staff are genuinely sweet people

Waited 20 min. Then was told out of steak. Cheese dip top wasn’t put on and completely spilled in bag. Forgot to put extra olives they made in my bag as well.

I came in tonight 2/21/24 for my girlfriend that was craving Moe’s. She wanted a chicken bowl, and I had to consistently ask for “a little more” with their toppings (veggies). The total was almost $12, I got a discount because they appreciate their Military personnel - thank you! Once I got home and looked into the chip bag I was disappointed at the lack of chips she got.

So I went in right when they opened because it’s across the street from where I was at and basically the lady gave me a half scoop and it was like 6 little cubes of chicken and I was like oh can I please have more… and she was telling me it would be extra and I told her they usually give me a full scoop and she’s like well this is how much it’s supposed to get and she was kind of rude about it with a tone but I was being very polite. I ended up just accepting the fact that I wasn’t gonna get the right amount of chicken in my burrito. Moe’s just been extra stingy lately and hasn’t been hitting the same but if you are gonna come here come during the night shift because they will actually give you the right amount of meat… give those teenagers a raise! also chipotle will give you a pretty good scoop. I shouldn’t have to still be hungry after eating my burrito. Anyways Moe’s teach your employees not to be so stingy because leaving out a couple pieces of meat isn’t gonna save y’all that much money in the end.
