They try hard to get you taken care of and did I mention the food? Great place to eat.

Nasty. Dude literally pulled his pants up over and over with gloves on while making my food. Also where some long sleeves I can see your track marks junkie. Threw my food out and when to Chipotle. DONT GO HERE!!!

Updated! Last week we convinced our family to go to our favorite Moe's instead of Chipotle...…There were tons of staff now but they gave ONE THIRD of the amount and when we requested the standard that is listed on the wall they missed a few items. Needless to say our extend family was not impressed. Original post: Understaffed and out of soda and felt rushed even though no one was behind me. Food was tasty though and the one younger man was very kind.

Years ago, I rated this place 5 stars. They were fast, the food was pretty good, and the staff friendly. Now, though the remodel has improved the aesthetics, the speed of service has reached truly abysmal levels. A few weeks ago I waited 20 minutes for a meal that was ordered ahead. Busy night, not the end of the world. Now I'm presently waiting for a small meal originally estimated to be ready 50 minutes ago, that they've only just started making. It's not a terribly busy night, but they appear to just be incredibly disorganized. I quite enjoy Moe's burritos, but the small-step-above-fast-food is simply not worth the ridiculous wait.

Today around 1:15 pm I walked into moes on erie blvd as I've never been to the one on eroe blvd as it's 45 from my house but close to my office I didn't know what to expect but my experience was negative as this location is dirty and disgusting I found hair in my burrito from the guacamole and if that's not enough my burrito tasted dry and stale let alone the bathroom that had feces all over the walls and sink this place needs to be inspected by health dept as I'm sick to my stomach at work because of the food and restaurant being unsanitary ill stick to the cicero location in marketplace mall from bow on.

The customer service was really bad. We waited in line for 10 minutes and then the lady who took our order, was really hostile towards me and my family. Not a good experience. I used to go there when I was a little kid and now it sucks.

this place is pretty nasty. the lady that took my order was very rude and barely put any meat in my burrito. then when i asked her to put more she ended up charging me extra, even though it was a regular portion. the worker also was yelling at the other staff and took a phone call in the middle of checking out my family?? like can’t you wait three seconds so we can get out of this disgusting place?
