Moe's Southwest Grill

Food is always good and staff is friendly, but average service. Today was the third time I ordered ahead for pick up and had to wait. Each time I arrived at pick-up/ready time or a little after and had to wait 10 minutes while my food was prepared.

I’m a huge Moe’s fan and today’s burrito was awful. They had a new guy that couldn’t care less and three Hispanics that barely spoke English and together they got nothing right. There was a tablespoon of every ingredient in the dead middle of the burrito and a sprinkle of cheese. I’ve never asked to correct anything and I asked four different times to add more, spread ingredients out so it’s not bit in one ingredient at a time. Then the chips were just plain bad. Chewy and no salt. I brought the bag home and my wife took a bite and spit it out without me saying a word. Horrible.

Was overcharged for some reason and served a stack that looked and tasted like hot diarrhea. The chips were just a pile of crumbs.

Solid food. Quick service. It's Moe's.

Great food and affordable prices. Very clean.
