Dirty & waste of money for the amount of food they serve. Awhile back the manager admitted his employees needed training and somehow whenever I return, it gets worse. Do better.

Once again I have another bad experience here. My husband ordered two burrito bowls for us with two drinks we had to wait since they had no rice and were in the process of making it so 20 minutes later they bring out the rice and make our bowls . My husband and I started to eat our food in the car since we had our little ones sleeping as I reached for the rice in the bottom of my bowl all I tasted was gritty hard dry rice. I was so upset being i'm hungry and this was suppose to be my dinner and I can't even eat it. When my husband went inside to tell them they basically told him they couldn't make more rice and couldn't do anything so I went in there and they proceeded to tell me they have a new grain rice and it's suppose to be hard. Excuse me since when was any rice suppose to be hard ? It was so hard it felt like I was chewing on little pebbles. That's because they didn't cook it correctly not because of the rice has a different texture. This business doesn't seem to be running good and it's sad because it's the only Moe's in the area. He offered me a refund because he wouldn't make more rice but of course charged me for my drinks when I should of just got my whole order refunded since they messed up and couldn't even give me new food. I guess they expected me to eat uncooked rice. He didn't know if or when my money would go back on my visa gift card and told me to come back if it doesn't. So I guess waste more time and gas to come back to this place. I will be waiting for my refund if not I will be coming back to get t cash in my hand because this is just ridiculous. Wasted so much time and still had to go find dinner elsewhere. Don't think I will be eating here anymore to many bad experiences.

For being a general manager myself at a fast food chain let’s just say I would be embarrassed of how that store is ran employees are lost , chips were stale , the entire store was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in and the food was dried out cold and just not good at all to top it off your employee got a cleaning rag was ringing it out onto the floor and then proceeded to make food with the same gloves very disappointed

This place was so bad if it was a option to give no stars i definitely would.

Got immediately sick after eating here back in 2020. So… I don’t know if theres mold at the bottom of their drink dispensers or if they drop their food on the floor and serve. Who knows.. Just maybe they need to be inspected by the department of health? Wouldn’t recommend is all I can say.

I just had to say the beautiful woman working by herself on Monday 8/4 around 3pm was so kind and just the sweetest. I pray she gets good tips, a raise, and even a promotion. We need more service workers like her. If she sees this keep shining your beautiful light <3

I've eaten here regularly on work stops for a long time, and it's sad to see how bad the afternoon crew is. I walked in, was completely dead inside. I waited, waited, waited. Walked around, made eye contact with the employee who was listening to music, completely ignored me, made eye contact with the girl prepping in the back, still no one acknowledged I was there. Then walked out. Whoever you had on staff 8/13/24 @1PM cost you my business permanently.

Not gonna lie this is the worst moes I’ve been too I go to the moes in Allentown a lot and this location and they made me the smallest burrito ever and tried to charge me 13$ for it such a joke. Go to the other one if u want your moneys worth, I will not be back here they are messy with the food as well
