Making a truly excellent lager is no easy journey. We’ve spent years ascending the steep and treacherous inclines of pilsner-craft, fine-tuning our approach until we finally arrived at what you now hold in your hand: the glorious summit. Delicate aromas of noble hops precede an impossibly crisp, transcendently refreshing beverage, meticulously layerd with Saaz and Tettnang hops and virtually guaranteed to make you say something to the effect of, “Hey, this is pretty good.” Enjoy, friend. ABV: 4.8%

This was built to be a one-upper, to our own beers. This is a hulking juggernaut of a Hazy Double IPA, with a one-two punch of Mosaic Cryo and Strata hops, both in tremendous abundance. The grain bill consists of 2 Row, Pilsner, White Wheat, and Flaked Oats, creating a lush and rich malt bed for these hops to float upon. And float they do - the aroma is bursting at the seams with Apricot, Pineapple, Stone Fruits, some mixed berry notes, and a big hit of that good sticky icky dank-dank note that makes IPAs so awesome.

This spectacle of West Coast IPA wizardry was lavished with massive quantities of Nelson, Strata, Mosaic and Centennial hops. Together, this quartet of lupulin-laden stunners yields a soul-stirring symphony of citrus, stone fruit and tropical character with just enough pleasantly snappy bitterness to really stick the landing. We're pretty psyched about it; we think you might be, too. ABV: 7.2%

These new wave American hops impart a remarkable mango lychee aroma and flavor, which we’ve amplified with the dark stone fruit character of New Zealand-grown Motueka hops. Good ol’ American Centennial hops provide a touch of citrus balance to this tropical fruit party, and the malt body is just assertive enough to support its snappy bitterness. 6PK of 12oz CANS - 6.7% ABV

Behold: a monolith of hazy, fruited awesomeness. Impact Strategy is a Hazy Double IPA masterfully designed with simple ingredients to deliver big, juicy flavor. Barrel Aged Stout Blend with Bourbon Barrel Smoked Sugar and Smoked Maple Syrup Added 13.9% ABV • 22oz Do you like smoke? Campfires, BBQ, Bacon? You might like this one. We took a perfectly aged blend of Imperial Stouts, then added Bourbon Barrel Smoked Brown Sugar and Smoked Maple Syrup to it. The smoke is there, but not overwhelming. It's working in harmony with the oak presence and it tastes great.

Imperial Stout Aged in Schmanahan's Whiskey Barrels First brewed back in 2020, Doom Hawk is one of our thickest, richest Imperial Stout bases. Allowed to age for four years in premiere Colorado whiskey barrels, this extreme aging time helped temper the usually hot nature of these barrels. The resulting beer is fabulously thick. Expect aromas of baking spice, the darkest of cocoas, and a taste all its own – espresso, mocha, and hints of vanilla. 11.3% ABV • 22oz

Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels with Stroopwafel, Vanilla, Marshmallow, and Cocoa Added Mega Devil’s Teeth is one of our very favorite Imperial Stouts – it's fantastic with or without adjuncts. This one very much has adjuncts, and you’ll be able to tell: We teamed up with Stroop Club, a vegan pastry company out of Austin, Texas, and made a S’mores beer variant featuring their vegan Stroopwafels, along with Cocoa Nibs, Ugandan Vanilla Beans, and Marshmallows. Have you ever made S’mores from Stroopwafels instead of Graham Crackers? Pure, unmetered extravagance. Look forward to lots of sweetness, some spices, heaps of vanilla, and a pillowy, amazing taste experience. 13.5% ABV • 22oz

This installment in our storied single-origin cold brew series is a washed-process coffee from Ethiopia. This caffeinated marvel sports an utterly delightful amalgam of raspberry and floral, and is virtually guaranteed to make even the most tedious of morning activities infinitely tolerable. Grown 1550 meters above sea level in the El Socorro de la Peñita farming community in Honduras, these natural-process beans arrive courtesy of Finca Los Amigos, a family farm run by coffee producer David Lopez. They yield a seriously tasty cup with notes of dark chocolate, port wine, and strawberry that’s both delightfully complex and incredibly tasty. It’s a damn fine cup of coffee, and we’re fairly confident that you’re going to dig it.

PROCESS STYLE: WASHED ROTATING BARREL-AGED TASTING NOTES: CHOCOLATE BAR • FRESH FIG • MANHATTAN Barrel-Aged 1.5 Months • Barrel Character: Light Produced by Unión Ramal Santa Cruz in the Chiapas region of Mexico, these Fairtrade Organic washed process beans were grown between 900-1800 meters above sea level under lush forest shade and meticulously selected at optimum ripeness. After roasting, they yield a cup with marvelously tasty chocolate bar, fresh fig, and Manhattan notes. 12oz BAG of WHOLE BEANS

Black House coffee blend is a mix of a Natural Ethiopia (fruit, berries, brightness) and Sumatra (cocoa, caramel, earth). This mocha java-style blend is the same coffee we use in Black House, our year-round oatmeal coffee stout. 12oz of whole bean radness, roasted fresh at our brewery. Recommended preparation method: pour over or cold brew.

TASTING NOTES: CHERRY PIE - SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE - WARM SPICES This autumnal blend is a positively delightful convergence of 50% natural Guatemala, 25% washed Mexico, and 25% natural Ethiopia, all origins at the height of seasonal radness. In concert, they yield a cup with notes of fresh cherry pie, semi-sweet chocolate, and warming spices. It’s a beautiful way to get into the seasonal spirit. 12oz Bag

TASTING NOTES: PINEAPPLE - WHITE GRAPE - FRESH STRAWBERRY We feel fairly confident in declaring that year’s summer blend sets a new standard in caffeinated seasonal magic. A masterful intermingling of 50% Washed Ethiopia Kayon Mountain, 25% Washed Rwanda Nyakibanda, and 25% Natural Ethiopia Guracho, this little number is bursting with notes of pineapple, white grape, and fresh strawberry. Grown at 1700-1900 meters above sea level along the western slopes of the Aberdare Mountain range, these beans yield a tantalizing cup, with boysenberry, black tea, and plum. 12oz Bag of Whole Beans

PROCESS STYLE: ANAEROBIC NATURAL TASTING NOTES: FRESH PINEAPPLE • PEACH • FRUIT COCKTAIL These single origin anaerobic beans were grown at 1300m above sea level at the Kateshi Coffee Estate in Zambia, one of the first coffee estates in the area. Anaerobic processing is a unique technique where whole cherries are fermented in a limited oxygen environment before drying, adding fruity notes to the beans. Post-roast, Zambia Kateshi Estate brews a beautiful cup with fresh pineapple, peach, and fruit cocktail notes. 12oz BAG of WHOLE BEANS
