My family of 5 came in on a Sunday evening at 6:30pm. We ended up leaving before we even ordered because of how messy the resturant was and rude the customer service was. Not a single person even looked up to greet us. The first thing an employee said while looking down was "How many pizzas?". The food line was an absolute disaster and the eating area had trash everywhere. We left and went to Blaze pizza.

I love everything about MOD Pizza. Great customer service, delicious pizza at affordable cost.

Very poor customer service. Slow doesn’t begin to explain the service. Absolutely no sense of urgency or hustle. Not friendly. No sense of concern for the customer or for the very long line.
