Fruited sour ale brewed with 2-row malt, golden oats, and white wheat, then fermented with sourvisiae yeast and dry hopped with Azacca hops. Post-fermentation, we added a blend of Blackberry, Blueberry, and Dark Sweet Cherry puree for loads of fresh fruit flavor!

Pasta Water is our Italian style Pilsner, inspired by the legendary Italiano Tipopils. Ours is brewed with a simple base of pilsner malt & a touch of caramunich, then hopped throughout and dry hopped with Saphir, Perle, & Willamette. Soft and balanced with a touch of grassy & spicy noble hops, pairs perfectly with all the good things in life. Salute!

This modern American amber ale was brewed with a base of maris otter and pilsner malts and light additions of Munich and crystal malt for slight caramel sweetness. Bittered with Warrior hops then whirlpooled with Centennial and Citra for citrusy orange finish.

Our "house" New England Style IPA brewed with the freshest Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka hops available. Triple dry hopped for maximum juicy flavor and drinkability.

California Zephyr is a modern West-Coast IPA that features a light body and moderate bitterness. Simcoe hopped in addition to Cascade, Strata, Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Citra, you will taste notes of pine, citrus, berries, and stone-fruit.
