Would be better if they had garlic bread
This is a special place that will now be my ramen shop. Tonight was my first experience at Miso but I know ramen. I got the Tonkotsu ramen which I have had at every ramen shop in the raleigh/cary area. It's my litmus test. If you can produce a good base Tonkotsu, then you have the right foundation and knowledge to make other foundations in my opinion. The noodles are perfect with bounce and chew. Not your 1$ ramen package. The Char Shu is succulent and well seasoned. The bowl is accompanied by the most fresh ingredients that sing with the broth. I always start with mild spice for and ramen to test the true taste of the broth. I would go medium to spicy if you are not adverse to heat/spice. Mild was tame as expected. The atmosphere has the perfect "Ramen Bar" feel with bar seating and some inside seating at tables. A lot of seating is outside on picknic tables and they are covered. Expect to sit next to someone to get a seat a peak hours as it is so good, it is so busy. There is enough seating, but it fills up. Good sign! As I said I will be back to try my next taste test. Shoyu. Another foundational staple. I'm so excited to find this place. I actually enjoyed the food so much I'd love to talk the manager/owner about their experiences as the experiences have taught Miso how to make amazing ramen. Enjoy!
Moving from California we were exploring nice Ramen places and came across this. Impressed by the taste, options and would definitely return to the place for yummy food
I seriously think this ramen is the best in the Triangle! I have celiac's so there are not that many GF options, but the curry chicken ramen with rice noodles is so amazing. I've eaten here several times and have felt fine each time, but last night I got my regular order and I was super gluten sick almost immediately. Not sure if there was cross contamination in the kitchen last night. I'm disappointed and not sure if I would order from here again, but I do recommend the delicious ramen if you are not GF! They made it right and refunded my money and I’ve had no issues since. I highly recommend, best ramen around!
Good location and setting. We ordered Tonkotsu and TanTan. Usually TanTan broth is red, but we could not tell any difference from Tonkotsu other than the ground pork. The broth is way too creamy. It's not natural. Some people may like it that way but I prefer traditional bone and meat broth.
Best Ramen in Cary! Wonderful customer services!
I have a foodie club and we chose this based on a recommendation from one of the members. It's small and quaint. The food is amazing, so flavorful and authentic. The staff was well knowledgeable about their food and provided great recommendations as it was our first time there. Since it's a small establishment and there's not that much seating, there's indoor and outdoor, it's first come first serve for the seating. Although it was crowded on a Saturday night when we went, we didn't have to wait long for a table or for our food to be served to us. We had a ball dining there and really enjoyed our appetizers and dinner. We will go there again
That was better than some thanksgivings ive had and my family eats like crazy. Theyre so nice here too
Will edit later to 5 stars due to I haven't tried all the dishes yet
