Barleywine Ale - Collaboration with Flipside Brewing - 10.5% Pigloo is every bit as warm, cozy, and crushable as it sounds, with a twist. Big rich multi-layered malty flavors with caramel, toffee, bready, dark fruit notes, and a kiss of chocolate on the back end. American and English hops were used with American hop upfront bitterness. Then we fermented with a blend of English yeast to give that classic fruity floral notes and German yeast to add that clean lager finish. Oh and throw in a step mash for the hell of it. Thus Pigloo is born.

Saint Henry - Belgian Quad - 11% Deep copper/ruby color. Pale tan head. Candied cherry/luxardo cherry, plenty of deep caramels, and a light bready aroma. Lots of dark plum, banana, fig, strong malty backbone. A subtle hint of white pepper and coriander spice in the back. Candied sweetness throughout the body. Alcohol comes after swallowing and is a pleasant warming sensation. As beer warms, flavors are brighter, caramel flavors intensify, and notes of chocolate-covered raisins are complimented by more banana-y esters.

German Pilsner 4.9% A light, crisp, and super clean German Style Pilsner. Notes of cracker, subtle malt sweetness with a lingering floral noble hop character from start to finish.

Classic resinous hop tones meld with impressions of ripe melon and peach in this bright, easy drinking West coast IPA. Get back to your roots!

West Coast Warlock is back and better than ever. This amped up Double West Coast IPA triples the hopping rate compared to our regular West Coast Wizard with over 5 lbs per barrel of Mosaic, Citra, Green Bullet, and CTZ. For all those OG West Coast IPAs drinkers we had to boost up those IBUs as well. Tons of pine, resin, stone fruit, and floral aromatics resonate from the glass. Look for big in your face Tangerine, Peach, and vibrant citrus fruit backed by a notable malty body. A clean grapefruit, pine, and resinous bitterness hangs onto the back of your tongue after every sip. Cheers.
