Our dishes reflect the rich cultural history of the middle east, a region teeming with an abundance of produce, spices, and preparations derived from hundreds of years of history. Chef Rafi Hasid has dedicated his career to researching and producing dishes that include vegetables, whole grains, and heart-healthy fats to create meaningful engagement with individuals and narratives that define our rich, flavorful food.
