Ming’s started in Atlanta in 1994 as a simple restaurant roasting whole pigs, ducks, and curating chinese charcuterie. Offering authentic cantonese roast BBQ to customers for nearly two decades, Ming’s has become a beloved staple of asian cuisine in Atlanta and has appeared in multiple publications like the AJC, creative loafing, etc. All roast meats are seasoned, prepared, and finished using traditional siu mei methods and in an open fire oven. Ming’s remains dedicated to create an authentic cantonese cuisine experience.
