The Mindful Table was created based on an incredible need for vegan and gluten-free meal options that taste delicious. We understand the difficulty of figuring out new recipes and meal ideas when you have food allergies or you want to eat less or zero animal products. We have integrated our love for cooking with mindful eating to create a new way to eat. Recipe mastermind, Kele Siegel has a Bachelors of Science Degree with a Health Issues Focus from The University of Toledo, and previously was an Ohio Certified HemoDialysis Technician for 15 years.
