Millie's Pancake Haus

Mildred "Millie" Novak opened her first Millie's Pancake Haus in Delavan Wisconsin in 1959 serving the same basic menu that we still use today, most of the menu consisting of family recipes handed down from mother to daughter through the years. Millie sold her restaurant in 1981 and moved to Tucson Arizona and promptly opened her next restaurant in 1982. Through the years Millie's has won "Best Breakfast in Tucson" 6 times, 2 Golden Platters and 2 Copper Certificates for outstanding cleanliness awarded by the Pima County Health Department. We strive to continue to uphold the standards that Millie started by continuing to serve her family recipes plus a few of our own.
