Named after their grandmother, Millie’s is the brainchild of two brothers seeking to share their passion for Italian food and celebration of the Italian culture with their local community. Millie’s of Staten Island will be a neighborhood destination joining the original Morristown, NJ location. Millie’s of Staten Island’s features include a custom, 22-seat bar and three garage doors that open to 2,500 square feet of outdoor dining space. Millie’s serves delicious, coal- and Neapolitan wood-fired artisan pizzas and meatballs based on Vince and Brandon’s grandmother Millie’s recipes. The coal oven burns over 650+ degrees and can produce pies in five minutes. The Neapolitan wood oven, hand built by Italy’s celebrated Ferrara family,
