Millie's Kitchen Sabor Boricua is a family-owned cafe specializing in Puerto Rican food items in Knoxville, TN. We serve classic favorites, including sandwiches, desserts, empanadas, quesitos, and more. There is no other Puerto Rican spot with food that is very popular on the island. We make the desserts and pastries at our cafe. We have sandwiches that are very popular on the island, like the Tripleta sandwich. Our coffee is grown and process on the island. We have been in the food industry for years now. Every coffee pack we sold a dollar will be donated to our volunteer team to make Knoxville beautiful and clean.
