Miller’s Thumb is a flour mill, bakery, cafe and shop in the Deerhurst Park neighborhood in Tonawanda, New York. Miller’s Thumb aims to combine the legacies of Buffalo’s great neighborhood bakeries and its history as once being the flour milling capital of the world.
