I don’t typically find a home in an establishment but I had particularly became fond of this one bartender Jocelyn I believe her name was….the most professional person there that I’ve dealt with … literally everyone else was rude especially the manager there i believe his name was Tim … wouldn’t suggest going here unless your sitting at the bar with Jocelyn

We are so heartbroken having to find out oir Favorite Bartender/server Jocelyn is no longer there. Jocelyn was the life of the party that brought the enjoyment when one visited this Miller Ale house location, Schaumburg. She was Friendly, upbeat, sociable and made one feel welcomed and provided stellar service with a touch of genuine and personal class. Jocelyn was never into gossip or played with anyone's, time, money or emotions. She was there to Work! Great for when one who needed a laugh. More Bartenders and servers should be like this. Jocelyn was Definitely an asset to this joint. Reason why I was a regular and Others used to come here.!!! Tim is an awful Mgr., and the others just follow because of favoritism. This man seems grudgeful. Stories we have been told by many of the employees here make sense. Some are only there cuz they are favoured or left to do as they please so long as they do side favours for management. Tim doesn't know how to be a proper restaurant business Mgr. His etiquette is selective. Good when it works for him, and not with no good intention for some employees. Now that Jocelyn's no longer here this place will go back to being the lame ole high school like atmosphere it was. Staffed with thieves, liars, and addicts of sorts. We are taking our services, and other groups are too and going elsewhere. Hope Corporate finally cleans house for this location or fire so called mgrs especially Tim for being so unfair and unjust. No wonder he had to beg for his job back with Miller's when he couldn't run his own place he tried opening. That was red flag #1!!!

Wow! We had a 60th Surprise Party here for my sister on 2/10/2024 for 21 people. I can’t say thank you enough. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. All the guests loved the food, our Servers Gigi and AJ were always there asking if anybody needed drinks, and constantly asking me if I needed anything. PERFECT 5 star SERVICE!!! I cannot forget to thank the Manager Timothy Wendt. From the first conversation with him I knew this was the place to have our party. He was so friendly, accommodating and professional and even stayed much later than he had to and made sure everything went perfect. BRAVO TIM!!!! All guests said they will be back and the Birthday Girl had a blast!!!!

Great food at a good price. Nice relaxed sports bar.

Food was good. Server was very nice.

The food was okay. I'd say it was good in general, but at a price point just above what it's worth. I'm not an IL native though, the prices just seemed very out of line for what you get.

Excellent beer selection - some good specials as well Varied menu with decent food, reasonably priced, in a sports bar atmosphere (but not overly loud).

You will wait 20 min to get seated, nobody will come to you. The guy upfront just circling around without any attention to the guests.

Food is carried, tasty and priced reasonably. Great place for families or couples. Loved our server Melissa, just the right attention.
