    • Traditional Hot Cross Buns

      Our subtly spice sourdough hot-cross buns are made with freshly stonemilled WA wheat flour and organic WGM bakers flour, studded with sultanas and currants. Our own housemade candy peel gives these little buns that extra fruity zing.
    • Choc Chip Hot Cross Buns

      Our bakers have been perfecting our new sourdough recipe for months, adjusting the levain, a longer ferment and lots of freshly milled flour. With a perfectly balanced combination of spices (cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice + ginger) and dark choc chip. Finished with orange syrup and a perfectly piped cross, we’re super proud of the result - we think they’re perfect 👌 This year we’re packing our Hot Cross Buns into custom made boxes, designed and printed locally, they’ll make the perfect Easter gift. Orders close 48 hours before collection, to allow us time to build up the levain for the quantity of buns we’ll bake. If you miss the cut off time, pop into the bakery early!
    • Danish Easter Kringle Cake (Whole)

      In the style of a Danish Kringle our Danish Easter Cake is a filling of Cinnamon spiced sultanas, housemade candied peel, soaked rye-berries, walnuts and dried fruit, encased in enriched buttery pastry and topped with Manjimup walnuts. Serves 6

      Our award winning Classic Sourdough loaf, made with our own freshly milled flour, mixed with WGM bakers flour. This loaf has a tasty crust with deep complex flavours and delicious moist open crumb. We mill WA grain, grown by the worlds leading regenerative farmers.

      Traditional Seeded Sourdough baked fresh, daily on-site.  We take our classic sourdough recipe and load the dough with toasted poppy seeds, sesame, linseed, sunflower seeds. Sprinkled generously with even more seeds!

      Our stonemilled wholewheat country loaf, made with 100% WA Wheat. The wheat in this delicious loaf was grown in WA by the Haggerty Family, world leaders in Natural Intelligence regen farming methods, working with nature without the use of chemicals or pesticides.

    • Traditional Croissant

      Golden and delicious semi-sourdough Croissants expertly shaped and freshly baked for you every morning. Flaky and crisp on the outside, soft and airy inside. A three day semi-sourdough process, Hand laminated, hand-cut and shaped, using a mix of freshly milled and sustainable flours, sweet freshly milled wholewheat levain and pure New Zealand butter.

    • Cardamom Bun

      Deliciously different, this is our take on the Swedish kardemummabulle, an enriched, unlaminated pastry infused with the warmth of exotic cardamom spice. Intricately shaped deliciously sweet dough, baked to perfection.

    • Chocolatine

      We took our beloved Pain-au-Choc pastry and gave the choc bit a big upgrade. If you’ve never tried Cuvée Chocolate, you’re in for a treat. The quality is AMAZING. Real, small batch single origin chocolate, like, the way things used to taste(!) combined with our real, freshly ground flour. Our friends at Cuvée care about their supply chain just as much as we do, so thankfully, everything that goes into the Chocolatine only makes for a guilty indulgence, not a guilty conscience!
