Our bakers have been perfecting our new sourdough recipe for months, adjusting the levain, a longer ferment and lots of freshly milled flour. With a perfectly balanced combination of spices (cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice + ginger) and dark choc chip. Finished with orange syrup and a perfectly piped cross, we’re super proud of the result - we think they’re perfect 👌 This year we’re packing our Hot Cross Buns into custom made boxes, designed and printed locally, they’ll make the perfect Easter gift. Orders close 48 hours before collection, to allow us time to build up the levain for the quantity of buns we’ll bake. If you miss the cut off time, pop into the bakery early!
