A traditional French bakery established in 2011 by Chef Olivier Dessyn and his wife. After the success of their other two locations, it was time to make the Mille-feuille name known in Brooklyn. In 2020 the pieces fell into place and in no time they began serving up a variety of viennoiseries, pâtisseries, and so much more to a welcoming Brooklyn crowd.
