Mill Valley Pasta Co. is a small-batch handmade pasta company specializing in dried extruded pastas, fresh extruded pastas, pasta sauces, and provisions. Often on Saturdays they have ready-to-bake meals such as lasagnas or Baked Risottos for sale as well (seasonally inspired!). Their pastas are made with organic semolina flour, and they do offer a small selection of dried and fresh gluten free pastas. Chef-driven options include fresh and dried pastas alike that range from the traditional plain bucatini or tagliatelle to the more gourmet shapes and flavors such as black-garlic lumache, grano arso orecchiette, squid ink scarabocchio, and porcini radiatore.
