Mike Daddy's Pizza & Bar

Established in 2013, we believe that we can produce healthy, light, and delicious pizza by using Mike's long experience and the best ingredients! Mike Daddy has been in the culinary field for approximately 41 years. His journey began in Rome, Italy, where he started as a dishwasher and salad maker at Hotel Claudia. After moving to America, he worked as a chef at Canastella on 19 Park Avenue. In 1987, he opened his own restaurant, La Primavera, located at 72nd and Amsterdam. Driven by his passion for cooking, Mike has continued to expand his culinary ventures, leading to the creation of Mike Daddy's Pizza. His ambition is to open more restaurants under the Mike Daddy name in the future.
