This is the second time at this location the order was a literal mess. Last time, they gave me a bag with guacamole all over the bottom of the bag, and I didn't notice it until I set it down the seat of my car. Took forever to clean the fabric after their carelessness. Then tonight, they put the nacho cheese inside the bag upside down and open. Cheese all over every item. They also forgot to give me my nachos deluxe, and when I went through the drive thru again a minute later to notify them, they were beyond rude. They even accused me of lying about it by saying that they "camera reviewed" the employee putting it in the bag. I'm sorry, you can't camera review in the minute it took me to get from the microphone to the window. Also, you could have seen the employee put it in someone else's bag, not mine. This was the rudest I've ever been treated at a fast food restaurant, and I don't appreciate being accused of theft, essentially. Wow. Just wow. This used to be my favorite location, but I will never go there again. Shame on you, Mighty. Your employees messed up and then you accuse the customer?? And they didn't even give me my receipt back so I don't have an order number to file an official complaint... I'm sure that was done on purpose. Absolutely the worst customer service and experience I've ever had.
