Midwest Creamery & Q

Midwest Snow Cones & Creamery started as a snow cone trailer in 2018. In 2019, we expanded into a storefront and started serving small batch, homemade ice cream. Cody Miller, owner/operator, has a passion for making the best ice cream from Hildebrand Farms Dairy products, and snow cones that are packed full of flavor. In 2024, this passion evolved into Midwest Creamery & Q — an ice cream and snow cone shop featuring delicious barbecue from locally-sourced meat. Customer favorites include the BBQ Bowl, Mac Wrap, and our enormous Banana Splits!
