I refuse to eat wings in public, because I wanna tear all the meat off the bone, dip it into the sauce in the bottom of the container, and then dip it all in ranch. ( The ranch at Midnite is AMAZING, I go through at least 3 cups) In public, I almost need to wash my hands in between bites, and that sux. I wanna be elbows deep in this project, I want ALL the sauce and ALL the ranch. I wanna need to take a shower after eating wings.

I know this picture makes this sammich look neat and easy to eat. It is entirely misleading because we could not put a picture of the over flowing MESS this sammich actually is. It's not beautiful, as no meatball sub should ever be.We don't want cute... we want a serious meal. The sauce is soaking into the bread, the meatballs are pushed in so they don't slide out, the whole thing is covered in too much cheese, provolone and mozzarella. This sandwich, as it should be... is a messy mess of deliciousness.
