Michoacana Gourmet - Sugarloaf Mills Mall

we were waiting to order when it was pretty much EMPTY. there was then another big group of Hispanic people that came to order, and they got served first while we were still waiting. we were patient because they were fixing up an order of the customer that came before us. however we saw another worker come out, expecting them to take our order. completely ignored us!!! Ended up deciding to leave because it was obvious they saw us and purposely ignored.

Love the ice cream really great place to stop for a sweet treat with the fam !!!

Worse Ice cream ever and the manager on Saturday is the worse I come here multiple time before and there is like señor super amable but this time I ask to change my ice cream that taste horrible to the a different manager and treating me like I was Crazy and went i told him that it taste horrible he didn’t try the Ice cream and refused to change or refund the money.

Got the large horchata and its super super good. Cant wait to try all the other aquas frescas!

Very quick and friendly service. They have servers that speak Spanish and English. The sweets are very very good and refreshing.

This place offers a large variety of unique flavors that you won't see in other ice cream shops. A combination of traditional flavors and their own unique mixes of ice cream really makes this shop stand out. The staff here is very friendly and makes the experience that much more enjoyable. You are allowed to smaple any of the flavors that catch your attention. I personally recommend the Guanabana flavor and coffee flavor as well. Wheelchair accessibility: It is easily accessible by wheelchair.
