Pizza is super greasy BUT FREE WATER

Pizza is great...cost a bit more than most.

I recently ordered takeout, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. For the price, I expected much better quality and portion sizes. The subs were mostly bread with only bits of filling/toppings, making them bland and unappetizing. To make matters worse, the fries were cold, bland and lack in freshness which was quite disappointing. “Garlic” bread knots were ice cold and solid with a slop of butter and garlic on top. Considering how much I spent, I felt like the value just wasn’t there. I won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon, and I can’t recommend it based on my experience. I hope they improve their food quality and portion sizes in the future. Overall food was mediocre at best.

We were traveling and stopped in for lunch. 4 adults and an 18 month old. The staff offered to cut up our toddlers pizza for us. I will always stop in when traveling to support a business that goes the extra mile to make a customers visit 5 star.

Drove to pick up order, got home and it was wrong. Called to inform them and the girl who answered was super rude. Asked to speak with someone and she just didn’t have the best attitude. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RESTAURANT.

The pizza was dry and tasteless, the the chef salad was soggy, it wasn't good at all, and the sub bread was so soggy you couldn't eat it. We spent over 50.00, plus trip. We want be back.

What happened to this place? Used to be the best pizza. What I got tonight was not even edible pizza. The crust is chewy. Such a disappointment.

Let me tell yall something… I traveled to Swansboro for work…I stopped here on my way to Jacksonville today and babyyyyy, that is the BEST sub I have had in a very long time. Every taste bud of mine was COMPLETELY SATISFIED. Customer service was TOP TIER and FRIENDLY! I should’ve got a whole sub instead of a half one because WOW! I’ll be back even if it’s just to get another sub. 🤑

Best pizza. It's been years since I had me one of these pies but I'll tell you when I'm in town this is the spot. Let's not forget the staff keeping the place together. If you're fair they are fair. That's exactly how it should be. If I could give 10 stars I would. Love this place

This pizza shop is in North Carolina and it is very good,, several of them around check them out.

I’m local to Swansboro, and we’ve slowly watched the decline of this shop over a short period of time. We stayed with them through it, but I’m done with them. The food quality has tanked and just recently the prices went up significantly. I understand the economy isn’t ideal, but the prices went up and the quality went down worse at the same time. The slices are trash, they really do set in the case all day. They changed their gluten free dough as well. My girlfriend has celiacs and she has to eat that dough and she’d rather not eat pizza than eat the dough they use now. I’m sorry to say that this store is nowhere near what it used to be. Avoid them if you can.

I'd only order Pizza from the location in Swansboro, even though I live in Cape Cartert where there's another Michaelangelo's...just forget about it! Really... to be quite honest, the pizza there sucks! Swansboro, on the other hand, they've always made without fail, a perfect NY Style Pizza that's done right! For at least the 5 past years I've tried ordering from Cape Cartert, and nope, every time... Pizza sucked! So, with that being said; if you're in the vicinity and looking for an awesome pie, I'd recommend that you drive the extra few miles to Swansboro, and if that doesn't work, head over the bridge to Emerald Isle where you'll find Lazzara's, (once you cross over the bridge, first turn to the right.) Their Pizza is always spot on, but heads up, they're closed year round on Sundays.

I am absolutely fuming at the fact that my 4 year old has been up non stop throwing up all night with food poisoning from your veggie pizza. I don’t normally come to this location and honestly I’m not coming back here or to any of them after this. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! 🤬

Pizza took over an hour to show up and half my order got left at the restaurant. Driver did not return with the food I paid for.
