What an amazing place for a date night out! We had the Coq Au Vin and the Steak Frites. The Coq Au Vin was fork-drop FANTASTIC! Everything that Lauren recommend was spot on. Dessert was amazing too: Chocolate Terrine for my love and the lemon pudding cake for me. Great on both counts! We’ll be back again soon.

Love this place. Been going here for over 15 years. Spacious bar, giant outdoor patio area, great food and wine options with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Metro Burger was excellent. Pliny the Elder 5 Stars! Service and staff were the best.

Service is great. Salad was very good. Worst restaurant I’ve been to in the Bay Area when it comes to vegan options, however. Also the sitting space was cold.

Miserable dining experience. Our table of 9 (business dinner) seated next to father and young daughter dinner dance party. The young daughters were uncontrolled yelling and running around the other tables and interferring with the wait staff. This is not Chuckee Cheese. I checked the outdoor dining area for space and temperature, which was fine. Otherwise attentive wait staff did not offer to move our party. I scarcely hear the person seated next to me all night. On top of that, I took one bite of the crab salad and sent it back. No questions asked, replaced with excellent halibut. Overall, the food presentation and taste were fantastic. But the experience was ruined by loud uncontrolled children.

Great date spot. Sat at the bar. Great service, drinks, and appetizers.
