Located in Santana Row, is this modern Mediterranean restaurant. It’s an upscale dining place portion size on shareables are enough for 2-3 people. Dips platter comes with bread and chips. They do offer tea and coffee though we had to ask first. The branzino tasted great. However the brick chicken could have been more flavorful and felt more bland. The mahalabia and shaabiyat was a little too sweet for my palate but very flavorful flan like texture. 4 staff members were serving us so we had to mention if a specific order was already taken.
I had a meeting last week with 15 folks and the restaurant said they have a private room , but it was just a partition and was a disturbances to our meeting, Service was good, and Hats off to Ally she was the only best thing there :) great service. But they have recruit more hostess to serve and not Bouncers., that's my two cents.
Will definitely visit again to try out other items on the menu. Parking: Parking garage on Winchester Blvd is a nightmare (1-2 hr) to exit during busy time and on weekends.
Really liked the place, we found it coincidently and were not disappointed. Food was great (try the lamb if you eat meat!). Steven was servicing us and was really pleasant and professional. Recommend it highly!
Order octopus and skewers.
We’ve been here for a few times. Last time was almost one year ago. In the past we had good experiences. But not sure what has happened, now the food quality is just OK and the service is at best subpar. The server who took care of our table never showed up to our table for water filling or anything. We’ve been patiently waiting for the waiter to come around after we are done. Yet after watching him chatting with his co-workers over the bar( they are not serving customers) and then coming to fill cups or collect plates for all tables around us except for us( we sit in the middle of the area), we lost our patience to signal him with hand. And unbelievably he still ignored us. At that moment I realized he was intentionally avoiding us and keeping us wait. Just right after we all stood up ready to leave, he rushed to us with the bill ( Oh now you see us?) What goes around comes around ! Same to business and individual! Subpar service for customers is just one time thing yet the attitude behind it would be the road to subpar life for individual and subpar balance sheet for business.
This place is a bit pricey for the food we get here. They have great cocktails but the food is just okay.
Had a quick lunch there. Food is ok. The location is good.
