Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Drove for an hour to go here to celebrate my toddler potty training and they were “unfortunately closed early” no explanation no post on any social media nothing on Google hours. Now I have a screaming upset toddler. Terrible customer service

I love Menchie's, nothing beats it but so wish there were more flavors like coffee, cheesecake, cinnamon roll, etc. Every time I go, it seems like there are two vanillas, two chocolates, strawberry, and cake batter.

Overall, it was okay. The actual froyo was good, but the candy toppings, specifically the Skittles, were extremely hard, and it made me question how long they had been out there.

Amazing experience! New owners are so amazing! Toppings full to the brim, smell of fresh waffles, and so very clean. The owners greeted us with a smile and friendly service the second we opened the door! So thankful Menchie’s has caring owners, we are thankful and already so excited to come back!

Staff was very rude. Told me my service dog in training had to be “kept away from the food” and then said it was the policy. I explained that ADA law says that is a violation then they said they knew the law. I handed them an ADA law card and they proceeded to tell me service dogs also have to be well groomed implying that my POODLE was not groomed. I am a groomer. That is my literal job. I told her this and she said “me too”. I highly doubt that or else you wouldnt be working at Menchies. My dog made a few mistakes in the Menchies because its a service dog IN TRAINING. Her last words to me were “Im sorry if weve offended you” Yes, you did. You told me my AKC show quality service dog was poorly groomed, lied, and were rude the entire interaction. Came in on a whim for the first time ,I was instantly greeted by a lovely employee that helped me know the process of all the steps. Very friendly place and good price and options! I would recommend here.

So yummy. Lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. Staff was friendly and explained how it worked since this was our first time. We can't wait to come back.
