Melting Pot Destin

Food: The food was absolutely amazing. The menu is very diverse with different variations for each selection, so there is something for everyone. Everything tasted exquisite, and since its cooked right at your table, it stays hot throughout the whole dinner. The service: I would give it six stars if I could. Often times, you walk into a restaurant and are met with a hostess that doesn't want to be there, not the case with the Melting Pot. The hostess introduced herself and welcomed us with some joy and excitement, it made us feel excited and welcome. She answered our questions and took us to our table. A few brief moments later, Ryan R. Came to our table and took our drink order and went over the menu with us from start to finish. She stayed attentive throughout the whole experience and continued to answer questions throughout. As each course came out she explained what everything was and what to do in that particularcourse. On top of Ryan, there was another waiter and the manager that came around periodically to check in and assist which was awesome to see. Atmosphere: it's casual dining in a fine dining atmosphere. Well lit, comfortable, quite. Perfect place for a date. Over all, we were a little skeptical going in but we are so glad we did. This was the best dining experience we've had in a long time if not ever, and are so grateful for the staff. Keep up the great work, we will be back.

My husband and I had our one year anniversary dinner at the Destin location last night (04/28/24). Bree G was our server and just wanted to be sure management knew that she did a fantastic job. Everything was on point, she was friendly and got us everything we needed. I ended up suddenly not feeling great right before dessert unfortunately, but she brought out a cute little "Happy Anniversary" dessert for us along with our other desserts and was quick to get us boxes to take it all home with us, which we will be happily eating today! Several other servers (and I am assuming the MOD) stopped by our booth and made sure everything was going good too, which was nice to see. Don't tell the Pensacola location...but I like the Destin one much better. It's the first time myself at this location, and definitely will want to come back to this one from now on. Thanks Destin Melting Pot for being apart of our celebrations!!

We absolutely loved this place. You leave with full stomachs and memories from the experience of cooking your own food at the table and getting to choose many different options for cheese and chocolates. Our server was so sweet and did an amazing job at explaining all of our options to us and checking on us frequently!

Dinner was delicious. Would recommend the steak lovers with MOJO. You can't go wrong with the desert options. Parking: Located with a small strip mall

And once you take away the appeal of the fondue experience everything else is just average at best. Money would be better spent at a Brazilian steakhouse. My kids like the experience (a lot of sugar) but I was unimpressed by the food.

Jazz was a ray of sunshine. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She helped us decide and think outside the box of what we normally get and I’m so glad she did. The food was excellent.

This place was amazing. Service , food and the whole experience was fantastic. Would come again and would highly recommend.
