We are a locally owned food truck here in Fresno California since 2015. Serving the cheesiest and meatiest original melts! Our huge melts will feed 2 people or 1 really hungry person! No Skimping on ingredients here! Everything is fresh! We hand shred our cheeses and sliced meats. Our bread is fresh baked daily from Max's Artisan Bakery. We make everything fresh to order.
