Mellow Mushroom Charlotte - Ballantyne

Something's gone wrong. Place was filthy. Every menu was smeared and sticky. Pizza toppings now stop just under 2" from the edge, so you feel cheated and left with too large a dry flavorless crust. Table tops are dirty. This was our last visit. Any restaurant can have a bad day but filthy is disrespectful and unacceptable.

The manager was wonderful, he came by and inquired about the food and service. He made our pizza. The waitress was great also. A great salad and wonderful pizza . The peach tea was delicious. Can't wait to go again!

The pizza was pretty good for Charlotte area and they have them all over... Yet for me it was the crust, crunchy and chewy. Say less

Gave my mother a free cinnamon roll for her birthday and the staff were amazing and place was very clean.

The Calzone was awesome . Everyone was so nice!

Food was good. Loved our mushroom truffle pizza! The server wasn't very attentive and seemed a little aloof. Forgot drinks and barely came around. It didn't seem that busy and they had plenty of staff, other than that the food was still fine.
