Mel is a small bakery focused on serving its neighborhood and community first! Offering a variety of hearth sourdough breads, pastry, and light fare. Mel sources our grain and other ingredients from organic, regional farms. All bread and pastry is handmade with respect and appreciation for the timeless craft. We offer a rotating selection of naturally leavened bread, pastry, coffee, and light fare. Our new location in Hudson, NY offers an expanded market, a full coffee program and more space for us to grow and engage with our community for years to come through classes, pop-ups, and other fun.
