    • Turkish Coffee

      The coffee beans are ground very finely, almost to a powdery consistency, much finer than for espresso or drip coffee.\r\nThe Turkish coffee is brewed using a special pot called a cezve (or ibrik in some regions), which is typically made of copper or brass. A small amount of cold water is added to the cezve, along with coffee grounds and sugar (optional), and the mixture is gently heated over low heat.
